醫師建議 １天２～３杯

美國加州法官今年3月裁定，咖啡須加註「內含致癌物」警語，但美國FDA日前致信加州政府，敦促停止該作法避免誤導消費者。醫師表示，咖啡在烘焙過程雖會產生丙烯醯胺，但其在人體上並無致癌證據，只要不過量飲用，就沒問題。
長庚醫院毒物中心主任顏宗海表示，根據國外的研究，咖啡的丙烯醯胺含量高，但丙烯醯胺並非添加物，主要因為咖啡高溫烘焙就會產生。根據國際癌症研究機構（IARC）的致癌物標準，丙烯醯胺目前被列為2A級致癌物，意即在動物實驗上證實會致癌，但人體上並無致癌證據。
顏宗海指出，任何食物經過高溫烹調，時間越久、溫度越高，產生的丙烯醯胺含量就會越高。針對加州的咖啡標籤事件，國人不需過於擔心。
事實上，有許多醫學報告顯示，適量喝咖啡會有好處，顏宗海表示，報告中指出除了可減少心血管疾病的危險外，也能對器官產生保護作用。他建議一般人一天飲用2、3杯咖啡即可，勿過量。
若患有三高（高血壓、高血脂、高血糖），卻仍愛喝咖啡者，振興醫院心臟血管內科醫師陳冠群表示，一杯咖啡的攝取量對心血管疾病不會有影響，但若過量則會導致心跳加速，建議一天飲用一杯黑咖啡就好，勿加上糖和奶精等對人體不利的成份。
陳冠群也提醒，因先天性瓣膜問題或心律不整的患者，不宜飲用含咖啡因飲料，另外，咖啡因也會刺激腸胃蠕動、產生胃酸，建議腸胃不好的人也勿過量攝取。
參選台北市長？ 賴清德：沒計畫！
: 【台灣醒報記者藍苡瑄台北報導】行政院長賴清德是否願意參選台北市長？他 9日出席「台灣中油智慧綠能加油站論壇」受訪時回應，「我現在在行政院服務，目前也有很多事情在推動，所以沒計畫參選。」去年帶頭推動軍公教加薪3%的賴清德針對經濟部8日宣告，四大國營事業將響應加薪3%起跳，他表示樂見其成。
外界相當關注賴清德是否會代表民進黨參選2018台北市長選戰，他9日受訪時以「目前將心思放在推動行政院事項」否認。賴揆也表示，目前行政院仍計畫軍改與公教年金改革能在7月1日同步上路，沒有變動。
「根據主計總處調查，有50%私人企業也跟進軍公教加薪政策，自行替員工加薪響應，」賴清德表示，不只是公務員加薪，就連部分私人企業都有跟進，他也肯定8日經濟部宣布讓四大國營事業（台糖、台水、中油、台電）加薪的政策。
被問及去年8月15日造成全台大停電的單位是否也會加薪，出席活動的中油董事長戴謙受訪時回應，「這要看經濟部核定結果，再做討論。」他認為，整個公司就像是一個家庭，1.6萬名員工中，若某個單位出現工作意外，也不能因此否定全部人的努力。
